RCADE and Monkey Game have teamed up to bring their party racing game, Arcade Galaxy, to the G-EIGHT Game Show. Players can experience the mobile version with online multiplayer and get a sneak peek at the Steam track editor, Arcade Galaxy Builder. This editor allows creative players to design unique tracks and share them with the community.
In the world of Arcade Galaxy, players take control of adorable, blocky creatures called "Cubs" and race against each other. These Cubs transform into vehicles with animal-based abilities, reminiscent of popular shows like "Pui Pui Molcar". Players can customize their Cubs with a variety of accessories and choose from a range of unique skills, such as lightning strikes or super jumps, to gain an edge in the race.
The mobile version will allow players to race on tracks created for the PC version, performing simple actions like jumping and drifting to overcome obstacles. The mobile version is scheduled for release in early 2024. The Steam version currently supports keyboard and mouse controls, with controller support under consideration for platforms like the Steam Deck.
